UNEXPECTEDLY! Bay Area hammered by loss of 4,700 jobs: Lack of affordable housing strangles hiring efforts.
“I always thought that if I went into the tech industry, I could create a prosperous future for myself. But who wants to commute six hours a day? You should be able to afford a place to live near where you have to work.”It's pretty amazing to watch the left try to deny reality. The laws of supply and demand are not man-made laws but just a description of the fundamental behavior of human beings. They are not laws we can choose to ignore. Human behavior is immutable. It cannot be ignored - in the long run.
It’s weird how when you adopt a bunch of regulations limiting the supply of housing, the price goes up.
