Let's be clear: sex crimes by anybody ought to be prosecuted and punished. But human beings are weak creatures, and when you throw men and women together in close proximity in a high-stress-level occupation, nature often will out in undesirable ways. Perhaps the only social-justice solution would be to sexually segregate the armed forces once more, and keep everyone from temptation and weakness. But we can't have that, can we?
