Guns vs. Cars (and Drugs) | RealClearPolicy

http://www.realclearpolicy.com/blog/2015/12/21/guns_vs_cars_and_drugs_1500.html

Pretty interesting stats here.  So, it seems that gun deaths have been pretty steady for a while, yet many of our "elite leaders" want to ban guns. While any gun death is not a good thing, maybe this is not the crisis some want us to believe it is.  And, drug overdoses continue to soar.  Drugs are already banned.  How is that working out for us?

I wonder if this idea of banning things is really a good solution?  How did that work out for prohibition?
